All the products that are available through Rewards Room are selected for their quality and the reputation of their manufacturers. Like most other retail purchases, if you have any issues with the products that you receive, you are expected to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty and customer service.
Under no circumstances will exchanges or upgrades be allowed once a reward or gift items order has been confirmed and/or delivered.
If you believe that a product has been damaged during shipping
- send us an email via the customer service area on the site
- we will arrange for the courier that delivered the product to investigate your claim
- provided that your claim is valid, the transportation company will arrange for pick-up & return.
Once the product is received by Rewards Room we will assess the damages and if the claim is deemed to be valid, we will arrange for a like replacement to be immediately delivered to you.
In some cases, the exact same product may not be available, therefore Rewards Room reserves the right to substitute the returned item with a similar product of equal or greater value.
